This equipment for the almond flour was mainly used for grinding fatty food,such as almonds,peanuts,walnuts,soybean,and some spices ect. Because these nuts contains high-oil, if using general crushing machine,can not easy to crush them into fine powder,it will be sticky on the screen of the machine. Working principle of nut milling machine
This machine uses coal (or electric heating, gas) heating method, using heat radiation and conduction principle to heat the semi-open heat preservation space, with hot air as dry medium, the heat energy to be baked on the object. The flat shaking screen containing materials, under the action of adjustable eccentric CAM sway.
The raw materials are feed into the roller area from hopper, they are milled into powder by the squeezed of the rollers. You can get different sizes of final production by adjusting the distance of two rollers.
